Our classes are suitable for those new to yoga as well as advanced practitioners.

We've added a 4pm General class to our timetable.

Kids Yoga Classes

Yoga for children is an exploration of poses and movement through the use of storytelling. The classes are creative and playful, incorporating fun breathing techniques, movement to music and visualized meditation.

Classes are designed to develop the child's awareness of their body and breath, building confidence, flexibility and strength.

Tweens Yoga Classes

Yoga for Tweens can help to bridge the gap between childhood and the teenage years. Through dynamic and challenging poses, breath control and meditation children can gain a better awareness of their own body, building confidence and self-esteem.

A regular practice will improve fitness and flexibility and provide tools to deal with issues such as negative self image, anxiety and stress.

Power Flow Yoga

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00 - 7.15am

Experience a style of yoga focused on linking the power of breath and the dynamic movements of the body, strengthening and lengthening the muscles, creating flexibility and coordination and burning calories.
