Vinyasa Basics (Sun Salutation) Workshop
Struggling to find work/life balance? Ironically, when work wins out, the lack of attention to our health and wellbeing actually makes us less productive. By practicing yoga in the workplace you can now find that balance without even leaving the office. Benefits include improved focus and mental clarity, reduced stress and anxiety, and improved physical fitness. Yoga can be tailored to your needs for either a dynamic or gentle practice, leading to a more supportive working environment.

Mum and Bub Yoga classes are designed for mums and their new babies to be gently guided to take time out to reconnect with their body after childbirth. Yoga will help to balance post pregnancy hormones and enhance the healing process.

You can now enjoy yoga on Sunday afternoon's.
We've added a 4pm General class to our timetable.
Yoga for children is an exploration of poses and movement through the use of storytelling. The classes are creative and playful, incorporating fun breathing techniques, movement to music and visualized meditation.
Classes are designed to develop the child's awareness of their body and breath, building confidence, flexibility and strength.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00 - 7.15am
Experience a style of yoga focused on linking the power of breath and the dynamic movements of the body, strengthening and lengthening the muscles, creating flexibility and coordination and burning calories.
The added benefit of a private one-on-one session is that individual approach. A private yoga practice allows the teacher to cater to your personal needs, carefully designing an individual practice for a more therapeutic experience.
