For full descriptions of all our classes and courses refer to the classes page.
Classes are held in a lightly heated room, allowing you to work deeper into your muscles, ligaments and joints without injury. You will get more out of your practice, tone your body, improve flexibility and circulation, while also releasing tension from your body and mind. Sweating promotes detoxification and elimination through the skin, the body’s largest organ of elimination, so your body will feel cleaner and your mind will feel clearer.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement such as singlets, shorts or leggings.
No heavy food for 3 hours before class. Have a light snack if necessary.
New students should arrive 10-15 minutes before class to fill out a registration form.
If you have any physical/medical conditions please inform the teacher prior to the class commencing. If your conditions change during the class please inform the teacher immediately.

Arrive On Time – Aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to start. If you do arrive late, please don't enter a class more than 10 minutes late if it has already started.

You may discover halfway through the class that you don't care for this teacher, style, or hour of the day. But you still should continue with the class and follow the teacher's instructions, keep and open mind and you may be pleasantly surprised!
