Yoga Classes for Kids & Tweens

Kids Yoga (4-8 year olds)

Yoga for children is an exploration of poses and movement through the use of storytelling. The classes are creative and playful, incorporating fun breathing techniques, movement to music and visualized meditation. Classes are designed to develop the child's awareness of their body and breath, building confidence, flexibility and strength.

Tweens Yoga (9-13 year olds)

Yoga for Tweens can help to bridge the gap between childhood and the teenage years. Through dynamic and challenging poses, breath control and meditation children can gain a better awareness of their own body, building confidence and self-esteem. A regular practice will improve fitness and flexibility and provide tools to deal with issues such as negative self image, anxiety and stress.
